Shipping Policy

West Coast Backdrops is a Vancouver-based business, and all of our backdrops are printed to order in-house.

Orders placed before 1 PM PST will be dispatched the next business day. We don’t ship on weekends or public holidays.

We currently offer Standard and Express shipping options at checkout.

Estimated Standard Delivery Times:

• Canada: 3–7 business days

• USA: 5–10 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the shipping cost.

Notes on Delays

From time to time we may take a short break from production. Any pauses or delays will be clearly announced on our website or via email.
